NYC Triathalon
Beth competed in the NYC triathalon on Sunday beating her time last year by 5 minutes. Its an ugly swim in the Hudson river a bike up the West side hwy and a run across town to Central Park. It was a very hot day with 3000+ athletes!

Wow & Congrats to Beth! - obviously this chick kicks ass! But, who does a triathalon (including swimming in the Hudson) and smiles at the same time?! That just ain't right... ;)
